Policies

  • Late policy

    If the client is 15 minutes late, the appointment will automatically be rescheduled.

  • Cancellation policy

    If any appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the client will have to pay 25% of that scheduled service to reschedule.

  • No show policy

    If client does not show up to their appointment, they will have to pay 50% of that scheduled service to reschedule.
